Scene Share is for co-streams, remote segments, and guest creators who already have a scene to contribute. Waiting guests stay in the backstage control flow without sending their full media. When the host selects a ready guest, that guest's combined Program video and audio arrives as one incoming source.

How Scene Share works

The hosted Stage separates guest readiness from full media, giving both sides a clear moment to check before selection.

Open the Scene dock

Install the free Windows plugin for OBS Studio 31 or 32, then let the guest choose the Program output they intend to share.

Share the Stage code

The signed-in host creates a hosted Stage. An accountless guest can use its code to enter the backstage roster.

Wait for guest confirmation

The guest reviews the Program choice and becomes ready. Waiting backstage does not start the full Program upload.

Bring one feed on stage

Choose a ready guest in the dock. Their combined picture and sound arrives in the host project as the incoming Program source.
